Job summary

The Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose, CO is seeking a compassionate CNA for a PRN position. You’ll assist residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities while documenting care and reporting to the nursing team. This role offers pay ranging from $20.87 to $25.15 per hour and variable shifts including some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification or enrollment in approved CNA program.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bed mobility, toileting and eating; documents ADLs.
• Serves meals and assists residents with eating; records intake and reports swallowing concerns.
• Documents vital signs, weights, intake and output as delegated by the nurse.
• Other duties as assigned or directed by the nurse.
