Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Nursing Facility (SNF) in Zion, IL. You will provide high-quality bedside care and support residents with daily activities in a stable, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass a healthcare background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning for comfort and safety.
• Measure and document vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Respond to resident call lights and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)—including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.


• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to maintain comfort and safety.


• Measure and accurately document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report changes to the charge nurse.


• Respond promptly to resident call lights and maintain a safe, clean environment.


• Build positive, respectful relationships with long‑term residents and healthcare staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CPR/BLS: Current CPR/BLS certification required


• Background: Ability to pass a standard healthcare background check and drug screen.


• Attributes: Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
