Express Healthcare Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Charles, IL. We offer Block Scheduling to secure your set schedule week-to-week, with Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts available.

As a CNA, you will provide bedside care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and respond to call lights. Active Illinois CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required; background checks and drug screens are part of the process.

Competenze

• Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass a standard healthcare background check and drug screen.
• Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct bedside care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to maintain comfort and safety.
• Measure and document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Build positive relationships with long-term residents and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities
