You will assist with meals and personal care, monitor vitals, record data, respond to call lights, and support mobility. Illinois CNA certification and CPR are required; English communication and teamwork are essential; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

At Allure of Zion, we are all family! As a premier skilled nursing and healthcare center, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift (AM): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM


• Evening Shift (PM): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment


• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene


• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
