Job summary

Cura-HPC in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate hospice aide to follow care plans prepared by RNs or Clinical Directors, assist patients with personal care, and maintain a safe home environment.

You will report changes to your supervisor, participate in care conferences, and perform household tasks essential to at-home health care, while collaborating with families to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
