Job summary

The Hillcrest Manor in Blackwell, OK is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and communicate concerns to supervising staff.

Applicants must hold an Oklahoma CNA license in good standing, with a preference for those with at least one year of geriatric nursing experience and the ability to pass a background check. This is an on-site position at Hillcrest.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma; active license in good standing required.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, positioning), etc.
• Taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).
• Relaying concerns/issues to supervising nurse or physician.
• Recording observations in patient charts and reporting concerns to supervisor.
• Helping to turn or lift disabled patients or those with temporary mobility issues.
• Performing basic care tasks like grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercising.

• Talking with residents and relaying their concerns/issues to a supervising nurse or physician.

• Basic care tasks like grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercising.
