Job summary

You will report condition changes to the RN/LPN and chart in the POC system in line with current regulations and facility policies, contributing to safe, quality care for every resident.

Provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
