Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, New Jersey is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. This per diem role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care aligned with our values.

You will help with daily activities, follow personal care plans, and work with the clinical team to meet residents' needs. Requires NJ CNA certification and at least 1 year of experience; CPR preferred; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.
• Current CNA certification for the state of New Jersey is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state of New Jersey is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English is required.
