Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Monroe, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend options.

We value compassionate, relationship-focused caregivers who follow Care Plans, document care, and collaborate with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns to clinical staff.
