Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Raleigh, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or TB screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical requirements: able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities.
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
