Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Lenoir, NC is hiring CNAs and qualified HHAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and weekend shifts, competitive pay of $15-$18 per hour, and strong support from a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification OR completion of a NC-regulated 75-hour Home Health Aide training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being; follow care plans.
• Document care accurately as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families; communicate concerns to clinical staff.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with NC regulations
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Consistent one-on-one assignments
