Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Fairview, NC and surrounding areas.

We are a clinically led organization with values HALOS. The role offers meaningful patient care, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training, with 24/7 clinical support from the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification and CPR.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately and work with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs, including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.

Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Personal hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
• Document care as required

Qualifications

• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
• Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
