Riddle Village is a continuing care retirement community with a long-standing tradition of supporting not only residents but also employees. We are looking for hardworking, fun-loving, caring individuals to join our team. Riddle Village's culture has a simple philosophy: "Smile and say hello; everything else will follow." Everywhere you turn in the community, you are greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming hello. With over 300 dedicated associates, there is always someone offering a helping hand, a caring ear to listen, or just a friendly smile to let you know that we are all part of the team, and together, we will continue to make Riddle Village the best community possible. If you are enthusiastic about working with the elderly and want to be part of an incredible team and a pleasant work environment, then Riddle Village may be the place for you!
The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is an essential role in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
