Job summary

Riddle Village Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. A $3,000 sign‑on bonus is offered with competitive starting rates of $21.64–$22.61 per hour.

We have Full Time and PRN positions with 12‑hour shifts, and a schedule requiring one weekend every 4 weeks. Benefits include health coverage starting the first month, 403(b) matching, generous leave, tuition reimbursement and scholarships, employee referral rewards, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered PA CNA license.
• Experience caring for elderly residents is preferred.

About The CNA Position

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
