Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our Med/surg team. This role focuses on nursing support with patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is 36 hours per week with night shift and every-other-weekend requirements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience (or 6 months with required certification), and CNA or PCT

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience; or 6 months nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience and certification as indicated below.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required within 30 days upon hire.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) in the state of practice is required with 6 months experience; certification not required for those with >1 year experience.
