Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Duties

• Report observations of the client’s condition and notify management of incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client’s care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired: Six months in home care preferred.
