Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours CNA training.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the board.
• Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting assistance.
• Nail care, range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Medication assistance and vital sign checks.
• Support with ambulation and use of lifting devices.

Education

75 hours CNA training

CNA license in good standing

PCA certificate from approved institution

Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants and PCAs - Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. We have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and need compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a member, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

BAYADA offers CNAs:

• Base Pay: $16 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for CNA/PCA:

• Minimum one year work experience
