Integrity In-home Care LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for a client. You will assist with mobility, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation and ostomy care, offering companionship and dependable service.

Schedule requires 5-6 days per week including weekends, 6-12 hours per day. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening, complete training, meet & greet, be punctual, non-smoker and have reliable

Qualifications

• Hands-on ostomy care experience is required.
• Experience providing personal care and mobility assistance.
• Reliable, patient, calm and compassionate.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and be non-smoker.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home care to client in Charleston, SC.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily activities.
• Remind and manage medications and meal preparation.
• Perform ostomy care including cleaning and bag changes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure safety and report any changes to supervising team.

Schedule: 5-6 days per week INCLUDING WEEKENDS 6-12 hrs/day

Position: Caregiver

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to provide in-home care and support for a client in Charleston, SC.

Client Care Needs

• Mobility assistance - client uses a walker
• Personal care assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Ostomy care, including cleaning and changing ostomy bags
• General support and companionship

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with ostomy care is required
• Experience providing personal care and mobility assistance
• Patient, calm, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Childcare experience preferred
• Must be dependable and committed to the assigned schedule

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must complete all required training before starting services
• Meet & greet required prior to assignment
• Must be reliable and punctual for the assigned schedule
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND NON-SMOKER
