• Current CNA certification (if applying as CNA) or caregiving experience for PCA positions.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate client concerns.
