Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Client Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport patients to appointments, provide CNA support, and maintain a clean, safe transport environment. The role supports nursing and administrative teams to coordinate efficient transport services.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and CPR certification; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and residents to medical appointments, treatments, and approved outings.
• Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles using proper lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques.
• Deliver hands-on CNA support including ADLs, personal care, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and caring environment during all transport interactions.
• Complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and schedules accurately and on time.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all transport vehicles.
• Demonstrate adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and PruittHealth policies.
• Partner closely with nursing and administrative teams to coordinate smooth transport operations.
