Job summary

Qualifications

• State registered CNA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Promptly answer call lights and respond to patient needs.
• Report patient status changes to Registered Nurse promptly and accurately.
• Document vital signs, input/output, nutrition, personal hygiene, weights, and other care performed; report findings to RN.
