Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a PRN basis to provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Requirements include a state-registered CNA license, completion of a Nursing Assistant program, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision.
• Support nursing staff and participate in a team-oriented environment.
• Perform patient care tasks following policies and procedures.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and care provided accurately.
• Keep patient charts confidential and current.
• Assist with delegated patient care tasks under supervision.
• Communicate patient concerns to the health care team.
• Work Monday–Friday during scheduled hours; PRN orientation about two weeks.
