Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care under supervision and guidance.
• Coordinate workloads and patient priorities with assigned leadership.
• Record vital signs and communicate abnormalities.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Accurately document care provided in department procedures.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and room cleanliness.
