Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving responsibilities.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision and assigned leadership.
• Take and communicate patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Accurately document care and patient status per department procedures.
• Maintain supply inventory and room cleanliness; support safety standards.
• Coordinate with leadership to set priorities and workloads.
• Participate in administrative tasks as required.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.
