Qualifications

• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for patients/residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feed and ambulate patients/residents per procedures.
• Maintain rooms in a clean, orderly condition.
• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Orient patients/families to unit and safety procedures.
• Assist with clerical tasks and maintain medical records.
• Manage inventory of stock supply items.
• Perform Nurse Aide I/II tasks and routine venipuncture as trained.
