Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine direct patient care and support collaborative nursing teams. You will assist with daily tasks aligned to individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe, clean care environment.

The role emphasizes patient independence and adherence to care standards. The position requires current CNA certification, English proficiency, and the ability to lift and reposition

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services to assigned patients in accordance with care plans and safety procedures.
• Document patient care activities and observations per policies.
• Promote patient independence and quality of life as able.
• Communicate patient status and care concerns to the supervising Charge Nurse at shift start and end.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment.
• Assist with safe lifting, positioning, transferring, and patient handling.
• Ensure care equipment and devices are clean, functional and charged.
