Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification.
• CNA license may be required in some facilities/departments.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience; hospital/physician office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Collect patient data (vital signs, inputs/outputs) and document in EMR.
• Report changes in patient condition to licensed staff.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure chart forms are complete and accessible.
