Sierra Post Acute is hiring CNAs in Colorado. Join a team focused on patient-centered care for residents and work under licensed nurses to provide direct care in a supportive facility environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Open Positions:

• Part Time or PRN 6am-6pm on Sunday and Friday
• PRN 6pm-6am on Friday and Saturday
• Full Time 6pm-6am Sunday, Friday, Saturday

• Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• CPR certification

Rate Range:

$20-$26
