Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is hiring part-time and PRN CNAs to deliver direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Open shifts include 6am–6pm on Sun and Fri, and 6pm–6am on Fri and Sat.

We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Successful candidates will hold an unencumbered Colorado CNA license, CPR certification, pass state background checks, and have LTC/SNF experience a plus. This role supports a patient-centered team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
• LTC/SNF experience considered a plus.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in a LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $20-$26
