Job summary

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey's Crane’s Mill is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for part-time shifts. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, CNAs provide hands-on daily care, assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility to support residents in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer flexible hours and competitive pay of $20–$23 per hour plus evenings and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CNA program completed and active CNA certification.
• Previous elderly care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; strong listening and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the CNA provides hands-on nursing care for residents, emphasizing daily care needs, personal hygiene, grooming and skin care.

We have a opportunities for Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants- all shifts available- Compensation is $20-$23/hour plus differentials: $2 evenings / $3 night differential + additional $2 when covering weekend.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, The CNA performs hands‑on nursing care for the residents with emphasis on daily care needs, personal hygiene and cleanliness, grooming and skin care.

Education/Training/Certifications: High School diploma/GED is required. Successful completion of a state approved C.N.A. program. Possess an active C.N.A. certification.

Skill(s): Effective listening and communication skills required. Basic computer skills.

Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly population.
