Job summary

Crane’s Mill, part of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants across all shifts with compensation of $20-$23/hour plus $2 evening differential, $3 night differential, and an additional $2 weekend differential.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, CNAs perform hands-on nursing care emphasizing daily care needs, personal hygiene, grooming and skin care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; state-approved CNA program completed.
• Active CNA certification required.
• Previous experience with the elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming and skin care.

Education/Training/Certifications: High School diploma/GED is required. Successful completion of a state approved C.N.A. program. Possess an active C.N.A. certification.

Skill(s): Effective listening and communication skills required. Basic computer skills.

Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly population.
