Job summary

LSMNJ in New Jersey is seeking Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team across all shifts. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide hands-on daily care, support personal hygiene, and assist residents with dignity and respect.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA program, active CNA certification, and strong communication and listening skills. Prior experience with elderly residents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a state approved CNA program.
• Active CNA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, perform hands-on nursing care focusing on daily needs, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming and skin care.
• Support residents with compassion and respect to ensure comfort and safety.

We have a opportunities for Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants- all shifts available- Compensation is $20-$23/hour plus differentials: $2 evenings / $3 night differential + additional $2 when covering weekend.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, The CNA performs hands-on nursing care for the residents with emphasis on daily care needs, personal hygiene and cleanliness, grooming and skin care.

Education/Training/Certifications: High School diploma/GED is required. Successful completion of a state approved C.N.A. program. Possess an active C.N.A. certification.

Skill(s): Effective listening and communication skills required. Basic computer skills.

Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly population.
