Job summary

Desert Springs Post Acute, soon to be Willow Springs Healthcare Center, in Riverside County, CA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role. You will support residents with ADLs, respond to call lights, help with mobility and transfers, and collaborate with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide resident support.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other observations.
• Maintain documentation per facility policies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
