Job summary

Proctor Place is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time 2nd shift in Peoria, IL. The role offers a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM schedule with weekend differential of $2.00/hour.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide resident-centered care, support mobility, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. Valid Illinois drivers license required for transportation duties.

Position Details

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Status: Part-Time (16 hours/week)
• Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Schedule: Every 4th weekend & rotating holidays
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members
• Assist in driving the company vehicle to transport residents to and from appointments
• * Will need a Valid Illinois Drivers License.
