Job summary

Chapters Health System in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join the PACE Home Care program. You will perform personal care and homemaking tasks in clients' homes under guidance from the primary nurse.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, ROM, safety, and documenting care. Must have CNA license in Florida, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and clear background checks. Benefits start day one and include mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA training certificate.
• Current Florida CNA license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care and homemaking services for clients in the community.
• Adhere to instructions prepared by the primary nurse and implement care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient hygiene.
• Utilize knowledge of ambulation, transfers, ROM and standard precautions.
• Document care and observations for the primary nurse and care team.
