Job summary

The Residence at Glastonbury, operated by LCB Senior Living, is hiring CNAs for full-time overnights and part-time shifts including weekends. Wage band is $21.00–$23.25 per hour based on experience, with benefits from day one and options like 401k and PTO.

Responsibilities include assisting residents per service plans, monitoring health status, and providing compassionate personal care. Training and career growth are emphasized in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by State Regulation.
• Experience with care for seniors, including dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support per the approved service plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility.
• Document services and enter data into the community computer tracking system.
• Promote dignity, independence and engagement for residents.
• Attend ongoing in-service training and mandatory education.
• Escort residents to meals and activities; monitor changes and report to RN.
