Glastonbury Center for Health & Rehabilitation, part of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will deliver compassionate care, assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification from the relevant state.
• Compassionate, empathetic and patient with aging residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and follow care plans.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
