Job summary

Executive Home Care of Omaha is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or experienced Caregiver to provide meaningful one-on-one support to seniors across Omaha, NE. We deliver high-quality, non-medical care to older adults at home, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while building relationships through consistent care. You will perform companionship, daily living support, light housekeeping, meals, and care documentation, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• CNA license or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet physical requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support with daily routines.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and support with daily routines
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Keep accurate care notes and report concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 20 years of age
• CNA License
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Empathy for others, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor
• Fluent English
• Smartphone to use the WellSky app for timekeeping
