Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Missouri. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support the healthcare team with care plans.

Qualifications

Active Missouri CNA certification required.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices in resident care.
