Job summary

Plaza Health seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. The CNA will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting, focusing on daily living activities and overall comfort. NJ certification is required to apply.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety while maintaining HIPAA compliance and excellent communication with staff and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing and activities of daily living
• Monitor and report patient vital signs (pulse, BP, temperature)
• Assist with mobility and transfers between beds and wheelchairs
• Support medication administration and basic treatments as directed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
