Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under Life Care standards. Responsibilities include direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, State-approved CNA program completion, active CNA license, CPR certification, and preferred 1 year skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
