Mill Street Residence in Fergus Falls, MN is hiring CNAs for full-time or part-time night shifts (11pm-7:30am). The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment for full-time hires, plus competitive hourly pay and benefits.

CNAs provide daily living support, personal care, and health monitoring for residents in an assisted living setting. The job emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and teamwork with RNs.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant certification and/or successful completion of the competency evaluation.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred in hospital, skilled nursing, or home care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and basic care tasks.
• Support exercises or ambulation as directed by therapists or nurses.
• Remind residents to take medications as directed by RN and document care provided.
• Record vital signs, weight, and care observations accurately.
• Assist transfers and maintain safe body mechanics and infection control.
• Report significant changes in resident condition to the RN promptly.
