Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Bloomfield, NM is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for night shift and PRN coverage. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and a job fair on 9/25/26 from 10 am-2 pm at 803 Hacienda Lane, Bloomfield, NM 87413.

CNAs will work with RNs to assist residents with ADLs, ensure compassionate care, and uphold safety standards. A state-approved CNA program completion and current certification are required, with English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Provide compassionate care to residents and families.
• Maintain safety and documentation as required.
