JGS Lifecare's Leavitt Family Jewish Home in Longmeadow, MA seeks compassionate CNAs for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Competitive hourly pay ($18.50-$21.00) with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to resident care.
• Commitment to protecting resident dignity, safety, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals).
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and mobility equipment with safety in mind.
