Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napolean, OH seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time night shifts. The CNA will assist residents with daily care under RN/LPN supervision and report to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA certification required.
• Experience: good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proper lift technique and equipment to move residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s belongings, report abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
