Northcrest in Napolean, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Nights and Weekend Warrior shifts. A sign-on bonus is offered. The role involves caring for residents under RN/LPN supervision, with opportunities for professional growth.

As a Northcrest CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, ensure resident rights are upheld, and follow all facility policies. Strong documentation and lift technique are required to ensure safe resident handling.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA certification required.
• Experience: good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
