Job summary

Cornerstone Retirement Community in Texarkana, TX is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily living assistance to seniors on the 7:00pm-7:00am Memory Support unit. You will offer care with dignity, document care activities, and collaborate with a friendly team to maintain a warm, safe environment.

Requirements include Texas CNA certification and completion of a Certified Nursing Aide program. High school diploma or equivalent is desired. Join a community that values compassion and teamwork.

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

• High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
• Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required.
• Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification

Training and Experience:

• One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long term care nursing assistant is preferred.

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of basic patient care procedures.
