Allure of Prophetstown in Prophetstown, Illinois, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and support with activities of daily living in a warm, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and monitoring vital signs, while ensuring dignity, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA and facility policies. English proficiency and current CNA certification (plus CPR) are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers.
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output.

• Observe changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff.
• Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.
