Job summary

Allure of Prophetstown is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care and support with daily living activities in a warm, resident-centered environment.

You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and vital signs, while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance. Current CNA certification and CPR required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations
