Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate CNA for the night shift (7pm–7am) in Missouri. Join a fun, team-oriented facility that values residents and staff. You will support therapy sessions, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety and dignity for all residents.

Qualified candidates hold an active Missouri CNA license and current BLS/CPR certification. A family-friendly environment and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residents for therapy and physician visits.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene and bathing.
• Transport residents to activities and events.
• Follow infection control procedures as required.
• Chart required information every shift.
• Present a professional image in conduct and appearance.
• Protect resident rights and dignity.

QUALIFICATIONS OF CNA:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA license in the state of Missouri.

• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

GENERAL DUTIES OF CNA:

Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., to include transporting residents to/from such activities.

Answer residents’ call lights promptly.

Attend in-service educational programs, on the job training programs and meetings as directed.

Assist residents with proper hygiene

Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility procedures (encourage showers and other self-help measures/activities).

Follow infection control procedures in accordance with established facility policy when isolation techniques are necessary.

Chart required information very shift.

Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.

Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.

Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
